by using this site and purchasing any products you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms.
Returns
All “Cut and Sewn” product are made to order. Any items that fall within that category are final sale
Repairs
If the product has opened at any seams that are fixable please send multiple detailed photos of any seams that have come apart. All “Cut and Sewn” product can be repaired at anytime within one year of purchase. Please wash all garments before sending them in.
Defective Product
In the case a product is defective or an error occurred with the order on behalf of MUTED DESIRES, please follow the instructions below.
- Customers must email an exchange request to Muteddesires@gmail.com.
- Request must be sent within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The email must contain your name, order number, reasons for returning the product(s) and clear photos of defects on merchandise send as many as needed.
Once the written request is received, MUTED DESIRES will respond in 24 hours in order to resolve the issue.
- The returned item(s) must be in the same condition in which it was originally sent and packaged in an orderly fashion.
- All returns should be authorized before requesting a return and sent tracking information. If the product is deemed defective, the cost of returning an item will be covered by MUTED DESIRES.
